    Launcher Freezes Before Getting To character Menue!

    I'm at my wits end at this point ever since the new update when I click my data center it freezes before reaching the character menu. I tried reinstalling, I tried reseting router, I tried choosing other data center. https://media.discordapp.net/attachm...435&height=580.     Good morning and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums

    Could you try doing a cleanboot? Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. Additionally Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
