    I'd imagine it has a bit to do with it forcing you into an instance after 10 minutes has passed. Something probably messing up and shoving people into their own instances after 10 minutes since people cannot join part-way.

    The raid already scales to the number of people in the zone. Doing it with 8 people is very doable. I used Party Finder to find a group to clear it a few times about a month ago.

    DR with 8 people is quite doable when everyone uses pure essence and proper lost actions.
    The problem is that the Echo doesn't scale enough at all when you go in as a group of under 8.
    In fact the echo feels almost the same no matter you are in a group of 2 or 8. (I haven't tried solo yet but I don't expect it to be too different)

    A lot of newbies not understanding the dungeon just go in to have a random match and they rage quit after seeing how tough the first boss is.
    I've heard this a lot and actually seen it myself.
    I mean if it were still a brand-new content, of course it shouldn't be made too easy. But at this point it's almost a dead town already.
    Why not just make it easy for everyone like how the past relic weapons are all easily soloable? (except BA obviously)
