When Lottery was introduced, XIV showed that they know there was an issue. They probably also looked into this very forum to see for ideas, or general guideposts. They chose Lottery because thats what people were screaming for.

Oh, well I guess I'll continue since it seems it worked to make the lottery. We tried it and it's showing how much bigger of an issue it is. We need a new solution instead of "Oh, well since that failed. Let's give up."
Again, if you're not telling me to give up, what is the point of you being in here?
