Please let us queue with our friends in CC

I think casual should stay solo but maybe make another option for casual play but being able to que with someone else. That way you will que with others who que together and it will be more fair.

I made this suggestion and mentioned it in the very first post.
The only difference is I suggested ranks get a solo queue and a premade queue


I'm not really trying to take anything away from anyone. I want both sides to be happy and understand people want to have solo queues. I made that suggestion to support it while allowing people who want to queue with their friends too.

Do you feel like premade queues are cheating?
Join the optional solo queue.

I love when people downplay the advantages pre-mades inherently have. I am all for it and would love it but it is disingenuous to downplay the advantages of pre-made groups and how group only queues hardly ever works with lower pops and just promotes win trading. Often times only way to get matches is to queue snipe but often after a loss the dies.

I do not think the competitive side can handle GvG matches.

And why not come up with another solution instead?

It's better than being "punished" by realizing utopian ideas from people who believe "solutions" for these sorts of systematic issues and human behavior never come with repercussions and consequences.

Sometimes, most of the time in fact, there are no solutions, only trade-offs. Sometimes you make the most of what you have right now. It's quite good right now, all things considered that can go horribly wrong. It's not easy to make things better, it's extremely easy to make things worse. The Devs are doing their best to bring what they can to us, we should trust them to put into the game things that are good for it (not necessarily always things we want).

It is easier to make things worse but it's rewarding when you work hard to try and find a solution. Sometimes you go down before you find a way up. There are always options. It's just a matter of working together to think of what can and cannot work. If you feel there's no way to start a fire in the snow, you'll always have no fire while sitting in the snow. But if you work hard and try and find a way, you eventually can and it helps if people put their heads together rather than shit on each other.

I'm also not mad at SE, I respect they are trying but I think we as their players should be reaching out to them, telling them what we like and don't like, and providing solutions to help them think about what works and what doesn't work. I'm not yelling at SE, I'm trying to communicate to them and to other fellow players.

I'm really sorry you feel there's no such thing as a solution and too afraid of changes.

Personally, I feel PvP was much better before. I enjoyed it better and I feel it got worse. So now we're on opposite ends when I'm wanting to look for a middle ground.

MY friends and I have little gatherings in the Wolve's den, and when we'd get in the same matches - it is the most fun we've had in PvP since launch. We'd get rewards, win some-we'd lose some, we were almost never all on the same team - and Voice chat was spent mostly taunting eachother and laughing.

And I just woke up this morning to the news that they will be taking MORE efforts to prevent friends from queuing together. Not gonna lie, that was a bit upsetting to me. But it's very clear they have no intention of letting us queue with friends.

At this point you're better off just doing unsynced trials. You'll have an easier time getting a group there than getting it in the custom cc groups

I have now quit CC Ranked, it's too frustrating and I will not be playing it again unless they add at least duo queueing.

Having my rank tied to team performance is nothing but completely and utterly upsetting, I am genuinely so upset at climbing close to Crystal again, only to be hit with a lot of really bad teams to drop right back down to diamond 5. My team is the one thing I have ZERO control over, yet it's also the one thing that dictates my rank.

My only real options are to either play another job which can carry, or stop playing. And I'm not learning a new job.

I don't see any issues with having a duo in Casual/Ranked. Many games, even League of Legends ranked allows for that and they are more e-sports oriented.

Why not? I've often wished I could be with friends in CC so I'll lend my reply to this.

ON THE CONDITIONS THAT:
1. It's Team v. Team queue only, no pre-made v. random
2. It's casual only; no pre-mades in ranking. That makes win-trading and other undesirable things too easy to accomplish.

To be honest they should add duo queue on ranked games. As has already been said in this thread other competitive games and MMOs like GW2 have it and they work perfectly well.
