That's good for them and already discussed that just because friends who are good players and queue together doesn't mean they will always have a better chance. If people want to take winning so seriously, they can take it to ranks. Casual should feel casual to play with your friends. PvP is a very intimidating system and is always more fun to play with your friends.

You know, other games also have a ranking system that they be used with rank and casual matches to queue people together of a balance and more equal skill set of players to queue together. I've never heard of that not working before.
