I don't see this as an issue. Sounds like team play to me. I've played other PvP group games where there are teams with communication against teams without communication and still had an equal play. Sure, there can be advantages but it's doesn't change the game, and isn't the point of a team to cooperate?
You can always have the rank system to focus on that. So there's casual to play with friends and rank for your solo queues
