Please let us queue with our friends in CC

Honestly, I just want something other than solo q and 10 man groups as the only 2 options for cc. Like, how can you expect for people to easily create big groups when very few 8 man groups in frontlines existed back then? That's one. Secondly, we can't just queue up with less than what's required like pve can. If we were allowed to the thread would probably be smaller than what it is now.

I'd just like to be able to queue with my girlfriend so we can play together. But apparently that's too much to ask.

This is always a hot topic in any pvp game.

On one hand, yeah ofcourse people want to play with their friends, makes sense.

On the other hand, imagine you're soloqueueing, you're bronze or silver, and the other team has a duoqueue with a diamond or masters ranked players, basically soloing your entire team.
OR othe other way around, you're a diamond/masters player, and one of your teammates brings a bronze on your team, making it so you basically have to fight 4v5 now because the bronze player is dead weight in the match, making you lose your hard earned elo.

I used to play a lot of smite, and that right here is the biggest reason why the ranked mode was one of the least popular ones, turning people away from playing it and instead play a casual mode like arena.

So to make it fair, you'd have to make it so duoqueues have to be close to each other in mmr, which defeats the whole purpose of the duoqueue for most people anyway.
The best you could get then is a 5v5 mode, so you know beforehand if you want to queue with the 4 others or not.

And the dev's prob thought, in order to prevent all of those headaches, lets just not do that, which is understandable from their perspective aswell, as otherwise instead of let us duoqueue, you'd have threads saying please remove duoqueues instead.

Maaan me and my friend were so hyped for the pvp rework, and our hype was instantly annihilated when we realized we cant queue together, so we were left with queuing at the same time hoping we get in the same team. And here comes yoshi "we put systems in place to make sure people who queue at the same dont end up in the same game". Whyyyy yoshi?

Are you that unable to make a propper match making system that you force us to play alone?
Or is that you are afraid people will communicate and synergize? You know like in every team based pvp mode or game ever made?
And if the people who want to play with each other are too far away rankwise then it would make sense why you dont let a bronze queue with platinum, but if they are one rank apart whats the problem?

I still dont understand why i cant play with atleast one friend in duo queue.

If they are keeping ranked as Solo then at least they could make Casual playable with groups. It has pretty poor matchmaking as you get high Crystals with complete newbies anyway so allowing people to play with friends would matter very little for balance.

Would also be nice if they expanded the group size for Frontlines and maybe Rival Wings, if its going to stay as huge bulk of people running around you could at least let people to get a proper group going on.

Was hyped to play with friends and that died on release. Still haven't successfully found 10 players to setup custom matches either...overall custom cc was a dangled carrot imho
