Another topic wining that they can't be carried by friends on voice chat and it's not fair that they have to get gud by themselves?
Me, I know I'm horrible at it, but I don't blame my failure on not being allowed to be carried by my friends

I don't think you read the topic cause that's not the argument.
I joined this game so I can play with friends, not play with a bunch of random people who I don't know. I even said in my previous post before this that I don't care about wins, I just want to play with my friends.

Winning with your friends is better.
Some humans will do disgusting dishonest things to win. That's how deep it is to the human condition, especially in a video game.
It's sort of self-centered to stubbornly insist the focus of the topic not be on winning and tell everyone who mentions it not to talk about it. If you're going to dismiss everyone who enjoys winning in a PvP mode, which is worthless if there isn't any sort of pleasure derived from being skilled and good at the game and therefore victorious, you might be out of touch with a majority of PvPers, instead you should accept their motivations and goals when playing PvP. Because you can't have a discussion about a topic by ignoring everything you don't like and don't want to talk about and telling people they say only the things you want to hear.

There aren't enough players in order to have a queue for premade vs. premade. If they were to implement it they would need to limit the hours in which the queue is available or else people will just play during odd hours and do win-trading like GordonGeeko said. I think they also said in the latest Live Letter that they will do adjustments to matchmaking so queue synching will be harder to do. (Queue synching = queue at the same time so you have a higher chance being on the same team.).
They did have one season of The Feast where only premade teams were allowed. It died pretty quickly. Very few people bothered with it.
If you really want to play CC with your friends, the best you can hope for is that the upcoming official European Cup is a success, and they do more tournaments in the future. There are also several discords that do unofficial tournaments all the time.

FFXIV is the largest MMO community. There are plenty of players. My queue time never lasts longer than 5 minutes.
I said it before, and I'll say it again. If PvP was more fun and enjoyable, the PvP community wouldn't be so small.
Plenty of people enjoy getting competitive. Allow people to join with their friends and you can get more in queue.
Casual should have no limits tbh, it already places everyone from fresh unranked first timers to top end Crystal players in same matches. Since there's basically no balance in first place it should just let people queue up as groups.
If people want to avoid groups they could always just play ranked. It's not like low level ranked is competitive in anyway.

I would like this to be added to the game purely to see people complaining about pre-made bot teams and elite players griefing and never letting them win. Team ranked will certainly give more control to those sort of people that win trade and do shady things like that. Not to mention RMT and people that buy ranks might also be able use this.
Nothing's a pure and outright solution, it's always a trade-off. You get this nice thing you ask for with good intentions, almost always someone's going to get the short end of the stick. Even if it's casual team matching, someone will always find a way to complain about it. The PvP "Static" drama stories are going to be delicious.

Ok, fine. Fair argument. I'll admit I'm wrong there.Playing with friends is fun.

Ok, so you agree to this notion that all players should be punished simply because of a certain amount of players?I would like this to be added to the game purely to see people complaining about pre-made bot teams and elite players griefing and never letting them win. Can I ask you why you think that's fair?
And why not come up with another solution instead?

It's better than being "punished" by realizing utopian ideas from people who believe "solutions" for these sorts of systematic issues and human behavior never come with repercussions and consequences.
Sometimes, most of the time in fact, there are no solutions, only trade-offs. Sometimes you make the most of what you have right now. It's quite good right now, all things considered that can go horribly wrong. It's not easy to make things better, it's extremely easy to make things worse. The Devs are doing their best to bring what they can to us, we should trust them to put into the game things that are good for it (not necessarily always things we want).

Geesh... I'm sorry you feel there is no hope and rather sit in the dirt than try to think of ways to make things better. It's better than being "punished" by realizing utopian ideas from people who believe "solutions" for these sorts of systematic issues and human behavior never come with repercussions and consequences.

It is easier to make things worse but it's rewarding when you work hard to try and find a solution. Sometimes you go down before you find a way up. There are always options. It's just a matter of working together to think of what can and cannot work. If you feel there's no way to start a fire in the snow, you'll always have no fire while sitting in the snow. But if you work hard and try and find a way, you eventually can and it helps if people put their heads together rather than shit on each other.
I'm also not mad at SE, I respect they are trying but I think we as their players should be reaching out to them, telling them what we like and don't like, and providing solutions to help them think about what works and what doesn't work. I'm not yelling at SE, I'm trying to communicate to them and to other fellow players.
I'm really sorry you feel there's no such thing as a solution and too afraid of changes.
Personally, I feel PvP was much better before. I enjoyed it better and I feel it got worse. So now we're on opposite ends when I'm wanting to look for a middle ground.
