It comes down to how hard it'll be to make armor for the new race/clans, if it's easier then in 1.0 then hopefully the new races will be added sooner rather then later. But if their process remains as long drawn as 1.0 then it'll be that much tough to add new races since each time they add a new race they add another workload when it comes to producing new armor since they then have to add another race to the set of armor they create.
