Manage Service Options - whoa, where is it?

Trying to manage retainer service today, and everything that says Retainer Service just brings me to the same page, i.e. the description of Retainer Service.. but I can't actually get there. Logged in to Mog Station, can't fined "Manage Service Options" either. Has the format of this service access changed? I've spent an hour looking for my account, and although I'm logged in, nothing gets me to my actual account, just repeatedly back to the Mog station. I'm missing a clickie somewhere, but omg what? Anyone who just did access their account, what did you do to get there? HELP? TIA

There is a Lodestone post about that: if you used DC travel on that char the info might not be available anymore. They are working on it.

Hitting 'Additional Paid Options' will bring you down to the Retainer Service and Companion App section. Clicking the retainer service will bring you to the area where you can add/remove additional retainers.

If it's not coming up, make sure you don't have an adblocker/scriptblocker running, since clicking on the Retainer Service button runs a javascript trigger.
