rarefied reisui recipe?

Been looking all over google and checked each of the Master Alchemy books but cannot find the source of rarefied reisui recipe. Where can I acquire it?

Thank-you very much. It has been over a year since I did collectables so never even clicked on Special Recipes button. Although not sure why the Search did not show it.

So i just did a search for the recipe. When i search for "reisui"(or even just "reis") the rarefied is the 6th one down the list, appearing between the grade 1's and grade 2's(right where a level 64 recipe should be). I can only assume you either overlooked the recipe in the list, conducted a search that wasnt narrow enough("rarefied" returns more then 3 times the number of results then can be displayed, so this recipe might not appear), or misspelled the search term - any of which is an easy enough mistake to make.
