While it's all well and good to ensure Frontlines PvP is fair and balanced, the biggest challenge in playing Frontlines are the queues.

On the Oceanic datacenter, queues will only ever pop during the hours of 5:45pm to around 8pm.
Some days, they won't pop at all.

I hope they take this into consideration when reviewing frontlines, as it makes even completing the weekly frontline challenge-log a legitimate challenge.

A large part of the problem, is that the queues not popping exacerbates the issue.
Being in queue requires continual attention, and prohibits the player from doing almost anything else.
If there's a belief that the queue won't pop, no one will waste their time queuing. If no one wastes their time queuing, the queues won't pop.

A solution to this may be to allow Frontline to activate with a 24 people minimum, at least a full party per side. Players can continue to join over the course of the game, allocated to the team with the fewest players (as per normal).

While this will make it far more likely that players will join active games, and be disheartened if they're placed on a losing team. I feel that is better than having no games being played at all.
Plus if they are to re-queue after the game ends, they would almost certainly go into a fresh game, as at least on low pop datacenters only one game is ever active at a time.
