    Yes, add them please. Every other mmo has chatbubbles, even very old ones like Runescape.

    I’d like this if it had customizable options so you can toggle on/off for party members only, friends list only, FC only, etc.. I’d want to have the option to not see chat bubbles for every player or people not on my friend’s list/FC when I visit city states. I think copying the same customizable options for displaying name plates would be amazing.
