No, it's a game of chances.
You have potential 5 bad player in the enemy team and only 4 in yours, because you are a good player.
Play enough rounds and you will automatically increase your ranks, especially with this broken winstreak system.

And, you can't use crystal strats in lower ranks, you have to adapt your playstyle to it.
But that should not be a problem for a crystal rank player.

I know enough about 5v5 PvP game's.
A ELO hell does not exist, sometimes you can be extremely unlucky but you should always win more than you lose when you are below you skill level and play enough games.
