    Best not to travel right now or you might not be able to go home.

    SE really should have adapted the 'visit a different world server' process into the 'return to home data center', so when it's time to go home, it finds the least congested world to put you on. Right now if your home world is congested at all, you're boned.

    right now there are people who got flow'd into the lifestream because of the dc visit failure and many who can log into their characters now can't return to their home dc. it'll be a while i suspect.

    Shame, I was hoping to move my character to one of the new servers, not just traveling - actually transferring, but it seems that service got caught in the crossfire.

    They mentioned it when they made the announcement to suspend World Transfer, and seeing as things are a mess at the moment and far from stable, it'll be a while....

    "After the release of Patch 6.18 scheduled on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, the Home World Transfer Service will resume after verifying that the Japanese/European data centre expansions and the Data Centre Travel system are stable."

    and by the rate how things have developed i wouldn't keep my hopes up .. I know i am one of those who wanted to move as well to one new servers and enjoy the package they had in store for us but.. yeah it is what it is.. i am going to cross fingers in hope despite the chaos that we might be able to move before end of august ..
