    Would it have anything to do with the latest patch? If I'm going to have issues it always seems to be associated with an update.

    I'm guessing weather/ flood waters? I did a route trace and was fine til it hit SYD. Then it timed out. VPN worked fine for me... once I routed it through JPN instead of AUS.

    Unlikely, all the foreign data centres are fine, this is almost 100% likely a physical problem in Sydney.
