I suggest SE makes PvP work in line with every other aspect of this game, where no matter how old the content gets, you can still go back and get the rewards. You might have to get good, but you can still get it.

Wish I had resources at my work like Yoshi-P does to just waste on stuff no one is going to use.

Imagine making a reward structure that creates a disincentive to play. Then add on top of that the social structure that you can't premake with your friends has pretty much killed ranked CC. My friends didnt even play CC when it was released cause what little time that had to play, we spent it raiding or doing other group content.

There are plenty of things you can no longer get outside of PvP related items.
