For some reason that worked. I did have GShade running so I uninstalled that as well in case that was causing issues. I do also run on PS5, so I was able to log in through there for the meantime.
Did you try to launch the launcher before the servers went fully live? I know you can technically install the update before the servers are live - it's what I normally do, but I believe this patch for some reason was an outlier
