That doesnt make it any more acceptable ?

If process fails on character A on account A, I should be able to log in on Character B on account A or character A on Account B, I shouldnt be completely stuck out of the game ?

I am unable and so are others to log in on ANY character, ANY account, ANY datacenter, the error comes back on every single log in.

Having to wait is fine.
Having your entire account basically locked down is not.

Not only that account, I tried to log in on an alt account as well, it doesnt work, error 505 every single time, you are basically completely locked out of the game

Then, i assume, it is a different problem with their servers and has nothing to do with the DC travel system.

Well, this can help the support team to identify the problem more easily, I guess.
If you already send them the famous ticket, now you have to wait for their feedback. Keep an eye on your e-mail for news.
