Retainer bug

[Nureak]

So I have experiencing this problem for weeks.
I filled up my retainer Bloesem with stuff to sell in her Bazaar and sent her off to the wards in Uldah.
When i tried to access her I get the message "You cannot summon that retainer right now". Apparantly she was also leasing a stand.
Also the client says she's in The Dunes.
So after making a GM call (which didn't help), I waited for weeks hoping that the leased stand would expire and she would return.

Now a couple of weeks later, I still got the same message as above, did another GM call with the same message from the GM's (Sorry we can't help you with this).

By coincidence I've found her! stuck on the other side of the Uldahn Mercantile House, and you guessed it... leasing a stand.... (see link for picture), which mind you isn't accesible because of an Invisible Barrier/Zone Line.

Thanks for replying.
Since this happened weeks ago I can't give you any details on dates and times anymore.
But I'll try to fill it out for you guys.

ISP: Ziggo (Netherlands)
Type of Internet Connection: Cable
Internet Connection Speed: 120 mbit down / 10 mbit up
Date & Time: weeks ago
Frequency: only happened once
Character Name: Nureak Neiak
Race: Lalafell
World: Gungnir
Class: Conjurer
Physical Level: 25
Area and Coordinates: Uldah, Uldah Mercantile House
Party or Solo: Solo
Retainer Name: Bloesem
In-Game Time: too long ago to remember but if you want to know where the retainer is now, she's in a stall in the Uldahn Mercantile House (see my link in my first post)

A thing to note:
I have two characters playing on this Internet Connection: Kaerun Kaien and Nureak Neiak(I use this character as a mule/secondary character).

What I was doing:
My other character (kaerun Kaien) has been leveling botany, and it seemed to be a good idea to sell it on this characters retainer.
So i did some trading around between Kaerun and Nureak, after that i summoned Bloesem in Uldah, Uldah Mercantile House, traded the items and setup the bazaar.
After that i sent her away to the Woodworkers Row.
Then i checked the NPC if my retainer would show up if I did an item search. (which wasn't the case).
So i tried to summon her again at the bell in the Uldah Mercantile House, then the error happened.
