Will Tonberry get congested if all English speaker of all JP server visit it?

My plan after this maintenance is to visit Tonberry since it's the main hub for English speaker, but dunno if it's a good idea since probably other English speaker also gonna give a visit.

What you guys think?

I would wait to use the transfer given the patch notes seemed to say you can't cancel a transfer once begun and if congestion is happening you may be sitting around for awhile. I've been in queues for World Transfer that don't move but you can cancel those.

Thanks. I was just wondering that if OCE was avaliable to visit, if english speakers from JP would come visit. That would be ideal.

Before I moved her to OCE I had a character on Kujata (a JP server) and there were many English speakers. I really didn't run into any problems being there. So Kujata might be another option if Tonberry is too full. Just know that if you run duty finder dungeons and have English only checked in your settings that your queues might be long if you are not logging in at OCE times.

Yes, it will. Lots of EN-speakers native to Elemental visit Tonberry regularly; especially the RP crowd. I got there at least once a day to visit friends in their venues. I'd stay away for a while until the hype dies down then give it a go.

Kujata's a good alternative; Tonberry's overwhelmingly the highest pop server on Elemental. Kujata's quieter, but has a decent EN crowd.

Yes. With Tonberry being the de-facto (prior to Materia) OCE/SEA/Expat-in-Japan server, Elemental's had a consistent EN-speaking population from the start. We're still only a small portion (roughly 25%?) of the overall population, but we're larger than the other DCs.

So I tried visiting Tonberry this morning, and only took 5 mins to travel. I really enjoy to speak English there
