Please, PLEASE lock Balmung's access to Wanderers and Travelers.

Whenever I visit Balmung to meet friends or RP, there's always wannabe e-celebs sharing their horrible takes in the Quicksands /shout chat or spamming links to their Discord/Twitch channel (pseudo "DJs" and the like) or hilarious gentlemen who call their friends over to start Ability Spam Trains. Sure, I have reported some of them but there's so much the GMs can take in terms of reports, and it will only get worse in the following days.
It would be nice to implement RP Instances inside cities, so people who actually want to go and RP do it there, leaving the other more distruptive "elements" in the non-RP Instances.

That would achieve peace for Balmung. Ever since they opened the gates to Wanderers the server got considerably worse and worse. People from Balmung should get priority, not wanderers and travelers. Still, even if they lock Balmung the people from here can visit their friends in other servers if they want.

Yeah, all the poor players on balmung just doing it on the streets and all over the quicksand with whoever is desperate enough to come even close to that cursed place deserve some peace! And hey that even with minors! Daily! All the time.

I am actually glad that you can't create new characters there most of the time, imagine a sprout just starting in Ul'dah and the first thing they see is hundreds of players in skimpy outfits emoting on each other in the streets...lovely first impression of this proud server.

I miss the golden era where we didn't have server travel and DCs weren't split. Balmung was actually locked and RP was better, we had a healthier raid scene and not a whole lot of clubs. Well. that's an entirely different matter, I miss it when things were better all around here.

Incorrect, but that's a lot of words to say "I don't actually know what Balmung is like but I'll regurgitate what I hear on reddit".

No one will erp with minors. General rp is whatever, but no erp will happen with minors. If it does, either the minor is lying about their age (which happens) or it is one rando out of all of them who doesn't care while the rest do. Contrary to popular belief, a large majority of roleplayers have rules and morals they follow.

Hope y'all get bored with our server quickly, we just have crapposting in shoutchat like every other server and we all get very, very tired of every wanderer and now traveler who comes on to our server going "hur hur where's all the erp in shout chat" because that gets OLD VERY QUICKLY.
