Looking For More for Midcore Static

Hello, my IGN is Dia Shadowlight and I am looking for more to form a mid-core static raiding group intending to complete P1-4 while still current, and then continue to prog other tiers as they roll out.

I will be shot calling and leading the group. Some background on me, I am a seasoned MMO veteran with over a decade of experience raiding in midcore static. Most of my experience in raiding is in WoW. I cleared Lich King and Deathwing pre-nerf and cleared up through Castle Nathria Heroic. In FFXIV, I raided in 3.0 and 4.0, clearing E1S-E3S.

The group I'm looking to cultivate is resilient, chill, and progression-focused. That said, we will be extremely tolerant of mistakes and kindness is a requirement. Although I intend to progress and not to waste time, we will also inadvertently wipe and will work together to keep each other on track and positive.

Times are up in the air based on the needs of the group, but the vision is to have consistent times around 5-9 PST. We would raid for two hours a day, and I'm thinking no more than 2 days a week, with the potential for an additional lockout if we all agree and we're close to killing something.

I currently need 2 tanks, and 3 DPS. Exceptional regen healers may be considered.
