Trouble with Trust not working.

I'm level 76 and I'm on the main scenario quest "The Key to the Castle" I have completed Holminster Switch however the trust system command is greyed out and I can not use it. I can enter HS with duty support system but the actual Trust system tab is greyed out and if I go to actions and traits and try to open it that way it says "command not available" Everything I read on the internet says its an automatic unlock but clearly there is something I'm missing; Any ideas?

It was changed in 6.1. The system to run MSQ story dungeons is now called duty support and has an extra menu entry.

The trust system now only refers to leveling the NPCs, which will unlock after you finish Shadowbringers.

Trusts were renamed Duty Support. You can go up to where you enter the dungeon and talk to your friends to enter.

Trusts are a separate version of them which you can level up, but you need to beat the dungeons first.

They are two separate things now. You don't have to go to the dungeon entrance (you can if you wish), there is an icon in your panel (hit P) and drag it to your hot bar.

Frankly, I really don't see why they did this, as they were already level locked to the dungeon you could enter. It's like they made work for themselves.
