Random Animation Freezing / Loss of Audio

There are times especially in Full Party Duties, my animations would slow to a delay and then a complete halt, my character and as well as my party mates would just slide around stuck in their animations too, soon after or around the same time, my audio would just kind of stop and to a more extreme extent, sometimes NPCs/Bosses will not even load in.

I don't think it's a Network/Connection issue as I am hardwired to router/modem and I don't seem to have anything other happening to different games either, I am pretty sure I am using the recommended Direct X as well. The biggest problem where this comes in is because I am doing the new Dragonsong Reprise Ultimate as a healer, sometimes bosses don't even load in on phase transitions (nor am I able to target, much less heal Harchefaunt at times -randomly- which is a huge problem in itself).

Does anyone else have this problem in other instances?

Yes, this happen to me to while i was doing raid. I thought it was just me. My connection also fibre wired
