When you pay for something and you only get partial product

I love the look of the new street wear. I love it so much I bought it for two characters.

But it's not great when I pay money for something and it still doesn't work on your character.

I thought SE was making better progress in getting hats to work on viera/hrothgar? At least making it work with newer items? (Like some newer hoods, they work!)

But I'm paying $44 dollars for two outfits that don't fully work.

Why do I have to pay for items that don't fully work?

It's 3 race options that this item will not work on. And a lot of people that are going to pay full price for an item that doesn't fully work on their character.

It just makes me feel like trash mostly. I love my character too. I don't want to fantasia (more money) just to get the full value of what I paid for.

I was really hoping this would be working by now, especially with new items that I'm paying additional money for.

I agree that more hats and hairstyles should be doable on vierra and hroth. Theyve said they will work on it in the past and dont seem to be making much progress. I would like them to do better on this.

With that said, this is exactly the sort of thing that prompted Dreamfitting to be added. I wont buy anything from the store without seeing it on my char first.

Am not saying there's options to make even the hat work for Viera or anything, or that you should Google or anything like that. At all :3

Honestly tho, with the mogstation items you should always look at it very very carefully! Especially if you're a bunny or have a tail! ^^

While it's unfortunate that they still don't apply on Hrothgar and Viera, it's written on the page :

This head gear will not be displayed when equipped by Hrothgar or Viera characters.

I mean, didn't SE add the ability to try on Online Store items in-game to see how they look on your character before you actually purchase them? Not to mention there is usually text in the description of said store items stating if headgear has race restrictions. Sure it would be nice this issue could be fixed in the future, but man people should probably do some research first.

Two things. A) It says " This head gear will not be displayed when equipped by Hrothgar or Viera characters. " on the store page, and B) there is a feature where you can try on outfits from the store by clicking on a bed and checking the dream fitting feature.

Now, should they be viera/hroth compatible? Absolutely. But to say you weren't warned is just disingenuous

I do agree that SE needs to work on making things more compatible with the Viera and Hrothgar.

With that said, it is the consumers responsibility to understand what they are purchasing. It does say on the site "This head gear will not be displayed when equipped by Hrothgar or Viera characters"

Which item didn't you receive when the outfit was sent in the mail? If you got every item, then you got the full product.

That one of those items doesn't display on your character doesn't change that. You purchased it with it with the knowledge that would happen.
