Well, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it doesn't seem the majority of players agree. Look, ill say it plain, I hate dots. In every mmo. I do hope for the players who do enjoy them that you all get thrown a bone. 7.0 seems like it should be including a new caster class, so even though ill probably never play it, heres hoping its a dot heavy class.

Are you conflating your individual opinion with "the majority of players" there? There's no hard evidence to suggest that more players disliked interactions around DoTs or other soft CDs than liked them.

Additionally, why should those who liked DoTs only be "thrown a bone" via a new job, instead of the already functional, DoT-centric ones that were already in play?
