Those will exist, but considering there are plenty of Practice parties even for Savage raids, there will be plenty of groups with accessible requirements. If not, make your own.

However, I am rather interested how job meta will turn out. Unlike raids, jobs are not balanced for dungeons. If mob pulls actually deal serious damage, WAR sustain like Nascent will be huge. For dps, AST is miles behind the other 3 healers. Also DNC and BRD are far behind melee and the 1% bonus they rely on is no longer relevant because you can only take 2 of the 3 dps categories anyway. A comp of WAR, SMN, SAM and SGE is going to be a big difference to a comp of AST, DRK, BRD and RDM.
