But but we're supposed to be getting less content no? It's all people talk about here. And yeah they blew it out of the water with Criterion Dungeons.
They blew it out of the water? They literally showed off nothing. When Thornmarch (hard) is referenced as "very difficult" and in need revamping, you really think this is going to be that good?
There is no announced content coming in 6.2 proper. The bare minimum. All the "meat" of 6.2 is coming with 6.25, not even a 6.21 for "casual" content like Island Sanctuary. Island Sanctuary is apparently so riddled with bugs 7 months after expansion launch when it's been billed as a major feature of the expansion that they can't even show off video until a month+ later with the next PLL? Are you're blown out of the water by a few power point slides?
Yea, there's nothing in the main patch. The absolute bare minimum. And once again Beast Tribe is being pushed to the X.X5 patch instead of with the main patch.
It literally does not always happen. Go back and look through some patch notes bud. While larger content often does get added in subsequent patches, it's looking like there will be no 6.21 content added this time around, content that would have been added to a main patch being relegated to X.X5, and minor to moderate updates/new game systems not being added to the main patch at all.
Slice is Right and Mahjong added in 5.1 proper.
The Falling City of Nym tileset for Leap of Faith and Ocean Fishing added to 5.2 proper.
Where is the engaging, interactive content with replayability for 6.2?
They are calling it savage. That certainly sets the expectations for savage raiders don't you think. Maybe wait to see more. The next live letter will have more details. Perhaps they should have stopped when they announced it as casual content as first then went on to say more.

And this is the warning players receive in Eureka Hydatos when they are ready to unlock BA. "Warning: The Baldesian Arsenal is an unimaginably punishing duty. Even the entry conditions will not be easily fulfilled, and emerging triumphant will require teamwork, tenacity, time, knowledge, courage, strength, and, not least of all, luck. Have you read and understood the warning?"They are calling it savage. That certainly sets the expectations for savage raiders don't you think. Maybe wait to see more. "Unimaginably punishing"? Sign me up. I expected some crazy stuff, not a simple dungeon with mob pulls easier than vanilla Wailing Caverns and with a few one-shots that are mechanically simple. And yea, I did it on release.
Delubrum Reginae (Savage) is called "savage" but anyone who has done it will tell you the bosses are far far closer to extreme difficulty if not easier. The only savage part about it is herding 47 ̶c̶a̶t̶s̶ players through a dungeon. Also did this during ShB close to release.
I can call something whatever I want. The actual difficulty and complexity of mechanics is what is meaningful, not a title. I'll be impressed when they show something impressive. Not some PowerPoint slides.
I've done both BA and DRS. They are fun I agree I don't think they measure up to real savage content but hard to say what these will be like until they release it.And this is the warning players receive in Eureka Hydatos when they are ready to unlock BA. They sound like a lot of fun! I don't think I'll step further from the normal mode, but I'm excited to try them.

New dungeon.
New trial.
New variant dungeon.
New criterion dungeon.
New criterion dungeon (savage).
New raids.
New savage raids.
And a lot of other things such as popular quests and a beast tribe.
New relics.
But I have no doubt people on these forums will find a way to say there is less content.
