I'm just going to repost what I posted back when SE was forcing us to do CT for MSQ and Rabanastre (level 70 content) for Resistance Weapons (level 80 content).

To me, it seems like SE really wants us to do these pieces of content for some reason beyond helping them with keeping story-lines straight.
My stance is still the same.

I am at least half way done with the HW quests. Skip Cut-scene is the most viewed textbox for me (just like I did for CT and Rab). Plan on doing the same for the rest of these quests.
