I'm hoping some transfer out of Balmung so it's not so jam packed...but I also feel like once you are in Balmung then you're in for life.

Ok._.So ten days we have been waiting to use World transfer service. Are we to understand all the benifts we were promised will still be offered to us ? When World transfer service is back. Because we your customers willbe expecting it . If not whats the pont of makeing us wait like this ? 10 days? What hurts , you apologize f0r the dc travel but not a single directed to the world transfer itself. Please get it fixed or just go spend the 18 .00 somewhere else.

See, that is my biggest question.

How are we supposed to get rewards from going to Congested servers to Preferred/new.... IF NONE OF THEM ARE CONGESTED. Make it make sense.

Still server transferring, but I am frustrated at the lack of info on why servers aren't congested, when it is able to come back on. I get it's unstable. But at least tell people what's going on rather than having us guessing.

What I don't get is they provided an announcement on the latest news update for today's patch, saying they'd be trying to get it back up. While I understand technical issues do happen, what I'm struggling with is the lack of communication right now. Why can't they follow up in an update with when they project the transfers will be available again? It's been two weeks with (basically) no word of what is going on and what customers should expect.
