Environments, music, art, story, job system (don't think I want to play another mmo that doesn't have either an insanely friendly alt system or a job system), Final Fantasy characteristics (love me chocobos, moogles, job themes, etc but that really goes back into the first group of answers).

I like that I can expect to enjoy most content in the style I'd like if I'm simply patient- understanding that some players like grind and like less time friendly ideas but it doesn't have to remain that way, limited to no FOMO, no loot boxes, etc. I do think they listen though their communication is sometimes not apparent and not always quick (for whatever reason- as each situation would obviously mean something differently, to me it appears Yoshida is a big planner which is why they tend to have such consistency- so I imagine a lot of stuff might be heard and then set into the schedule like FIFO). Which isn't to say I'm telling people not to be upset or whatever, as I imagine some people read that in that way.
