10 hours now and no a pep on the loadstone.
If I were to guess, the CDN may be down due to flooding in Sydney and will take some time for the ISP gets it fixed and reconnected.

Just managed to log into Materia.
yes it appears to be fixed now
no longer a need of a VPN (for now)
That is a fair comment, as a data centre client they can certainly access more ISP information than we can and at least make a comment based on a few phone calls.
I don't know if this thread is reviewed by literally anyone from SE but I'd like to report that since yesterday (late evening hours), servers with the adress: 80.239.145.X are on fire. Server ping goes anywhere from 30ms to 600+ in a span of a second, forcing my game to give me the "disconnected" error. My own connection is perfectly stable (I have cmd opened at all times, checking if there are any issues on my end but nothing suggests that there are) This isn't the first time that's happened, can we do something about it already. I literally cannot play the game right now.
Before the outages, my ping was between 14ms and 20ms. currently getting 155ms-190ms which leaves me to think the lines are still undergoing maintenance or soon too depending on the flood levels in Sydney.
At lease we too deserve some kind of announcement and a rough ETA since AUS/NZ have been brought into the fold.
Im showing 200 plus which annoys me no end, since an examination shows that the jp datacentres have a better latency ( !!!!! ).
*sigh*
All we can do is wait..and yes a SE post on the matter would help clarify.
Yeah same getting 200 ms with disconnections on the spikes that reach 300 or 500 ms. Dc every random between 5 mins and 20 mins.... run tracert and seems the lag starts when the line enters NSW... VPN seems to worse at the moment so see what happens.
It is really getting annoying, feels like I am back on Kujata. I hope whatever it is gets fixed soon, if the OCE servers arent going to provide better ping, theres no use in staying.
Ugh.![]()
This is today
Its still over 100 but an improvement on yesterday....lets hope it gets back to sub 100 soon.Pinging 153.254.80.103 with 32 bytes of data:
