CC Ranking System: MMR, placement matches, and rank decay

I think it's just going to screw over people who actually play PvP after hitting Crystal, especially since you only need to hit it once to get the end of season rewards. A decay system where you just have to play a few games a week would've been fine, a demotion system in a mode you have:
-Zero team comp assurance
-No real team communication, only useless presets
-An unintuitive report system that is a complete hassle to use
-Active cheaters
Hope you enjoy dropping to Platinum when you get people who queue up to AFK in spawn after they hit crystal.

Swear on paper sounds nice soon as it hits I bet 10mil gil people wont enjoy it
