    Crashing after character select

    I recently got my subscription started back up and was able to play fine, pardon some weird lag on selecting glamour plates, but then I went to teleport to the Doman Enclave it closed my game without error instantly, and now whenever I try to load the character it ends up crashing the same way. I have updated my graphics card, I have tried the restore game data on the client, and I have reinstalled the game outright, and still this error occurs.

    Good morning and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums

    What is the exact error message being received? We suggest to perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and selecting the 'Start up' Tab. Then, Disable everything. Additionally, can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display'.
