    Trouble logging in Launcher and In-game

    Description:
    I opened the launcher for the first time today.
    Entered my credentials and pressed enter.
    Nothing happened, clicked on login, form turned white and gave me http launcher error.
    I tried again. Entered my credentials and pressed enter.
    Nothing happened, clicked on login, this time it went through and I started the game.
    Clicked start. Error 90002 occurred! PC's network got rebooted. Wifi was fine, checked phone and internet was fine.
    Reopened the launcher, entered my credentials and entered the game, no error.
    Clicked start and chose character, successfully logged in. After an hour in-game, got booted out during an alliance raid. Error 90002 again, PC's network got rebooted. Wifi was fine, checked phone and internet was fine. Waited for network to start again.
    Pressed start, chose character then Error 10105.
    Pressed start, Error 2002. Application closed.
    Reopened launcher, entered credentials pressed login, form turned white, then launcher error failed version check. Application closed.
    Reopened launcher, entered credentials pressed login, form turned white, then launcher error HTTPS system error.
    I currently cannot login.
    Testing other games, all working fine. Internet is fast and stable.

    Platform?: PC (non-steam)
    Have you tried using a wired or wireless connection?: Wired.
    Internet Service Provider: PLDT
    Region/Location: Philippines
    Separate Modem and Router or Hybrid?: Separate.
    Are you using a Firewall/Anti-virus solution? If so, which ones? Windows Security.
    Does the issue only happen with specific characters or all characters or during a specific time or in a specific zone in the game?: Only one character
    Server your characters are on: Unicorn

    I'm experiencing the same issue as well. At first, I thought I had corrupted game files so I tried to repair it through the launcher, but the issues borked the process and deleted my game files instead. Now, I have to restart the download of the game over and over because it keeps disconnecting and logging in is a dreadful chore.

    What is the exact error message being received? Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display'.
