A 400 potency shield is a downgrade over a 700 potency heal. Tanks almost never need Tauro applied in advance to survive a tankbuster, so it's simply a 300 downgrade. Similar to using it on a dps who got hit by something, 700 heal + 10% miti for the next raidwide is superior to 400.

Also Phelgma is a dps gain, so the new Tauro would be used on cooldown for dps and be extremely punishing if the boss stopped to cast. Not that I'm against dps cooldowns that require thought, but probably not what you intended to turn it into.

i intended to turn it into something that rewarded you for paying attention and timing it very well thats all and since it is a 45 sec cooldown ability that require a resource orb i thought that maybe it would be fun/nice to just be like your eukrasian diagnosis but obviously instead of getting a toxikon you get a phelgma back. Taurochole is the ability that bothers me most in the SGE kit bcs of its anti synergistic properties and i went with 400 pot because shields are a tad bit stronger than pure heals imho...if timed well that is.
