Sorry, but you've got that round the wrong way. If anyone in this situation is located within Europe they CAN make a request under GDPR and Square Enix will send the chat logs.

However they are one sided and will only show what you wrote, not what anyone else wrote. Possibly from that it can be worked out who they were speaking to, but SE aren't showing you that information so they're still compliant and haven't released any data on other players.

But it will have told them what they did wrong which I believe was the main concern here.

Sadly if you're outside of Europe/no GDPR, then SE don't have to do anything else.
