New personal housing wards

On july 10th they are changing the ward from 1-9 FC, and the rest personal.

Personally this is frustrating as we have lost every fc house lottery so far, maybe tommorow, and next lottery no FC housing will be available.

Why not make it avail to both.
This sucks SE.

Have you bid on smalls or just large and mediums and it's long overdue for an adjustment the initial split was bad people who want personals count too.

I just popped on my Aether alt. Unfortunately does not have enough MSQ progress to check Empyreum or Shirogane but I can get to the others.

On Sargatanas, I already found 9 plots in Mist alone that have 0 bids. I'm sure other wards have similar numbers, and Empyreum probably has a couple of hundred still open.

When you're trying to get a house for the first time, you can't afford hold out for what you want. You need to go after what no one else wants. Once you have a house, then go after what you really want. In the meantime, you'll be able to get your FC workshop started and members can start buying their private chambers (neither of these are affected by relocation).

My strong suggestion: have one of your members that is past their 30 days but has not entered yet place an entry tomorrow morning for your FC on any of the 0 bid houses just before the entry period ends. If you have more than one member that hasn't entered yet, have them all do it. That will deter any other last minute bidders from trying for the same plot. Play it smart so you get a house instead of getting left wanting.

If someone is bidding on top of you, have someone in the FC bid on a different house and just accept the 1.5m loss if you win both. It sucks but it will more or less guarantee you a house (unless it keeps happening which seems odd on small FC houses).

I understand. I know that happens a lot when players place their entries early in the entry period.

It's always better to wait until the last minute to enter if possible. That way you have more control over possible competition.

Also expecting new players to know the whole system is rough. We got lucky.
