Eorzea is Vylbrand (where Limsa is) and the rest of Eorzea itself (Ul'dah, Gridania, Ishgard, Ala Mhigo)

Aldenard is the mainland continent where most of the Eorzean nations are located.

Othard is the far eastern continent.
