I think I've commented on these before. The first one (Lulu's Tools) doesn't seem to be "offering more possibilities than the in-game name generator" at all - it seems to be simply replicating the results you would get from the generator.
Meanwhile, the second generator looks like they're just making stuff up, and a lot of it doesn't fit the naming conventions. There are a few genuine ones in the mix, but a lot are just throwing letters together randomly. Some look more like female names, others are just combinations of letters that don't look right. I wouldn't recommend it at all to people looking for lore-accurate names. (I haven't studied Keeper Miqo'te names in the same depth, but those look wrong too.)
