Astronomy Tomestone cap is too low to spend Agalia Coin + Discal Tomestone

Discal Tomestone is a monthly token that requires
* 500 or 125/week

This means I would need access to 500 to 950 per week but the cap is set to 450, so there's not enough at all.

The cap needs to be set to either 900 or 1000 a week, not 450.

This is incorrect. The only time the latest tomestone cap is raised is at the end of an expansion to 900 per week.

Aglaia coins didnt exist until everyone had had 4 months to outfit themselves in tomestone gear. They exist as part of a catch-up mechanism so that people who dont do the hard raids can still get gear close to the highest level. Honestly, none of it really matters. When the next patch comes out in august the crafted gear will be stronger then the current savage raid gear, and a new set of tomestones will be available to buy a new set of even better gear(along with a new set of raids with EVEN better gear). Then in december a new coin will come from a new alliance raid allowing you to update those tomestone gears that dont exist yet, and the cycle repeats. For anyone new here doing the cycle for the first time, in december you will need to use an Aglaia coin + the new _____ coin to get your upgrades. So continuing to run the raid a few times over the intervening months to build a stash of extra coins isnt a bad idea if you have time.

In previous expansion, we purchased the weapon with tomestone tokens. 100 tomes for 1 token. And commonly 10 tokens plus the 7 weekly drops from the final turn of that tier's normal raid. In theory, a player could amass tokens since they could spend down their tomes before they capped. They removed that step (tomes for tokens) but that also means that players that want to upgrade a bunch of weapons can't.

Good news though - you can upgrade 4 weapons on Day 1 of Patch 6.18 if a player is sitting on 2000 capped tomes and a stockpile of normal raid tokens. And in a month or whatever, all that is obsolete when the MB will be stocked with superior weapons.
