Levemetes I Can Never Find

I have a spreadsheet of all the Battlecraft levemetes from 1 - 58 in the game. There are 2 that have never popped for me, and I've sat and spent all 100 of my allowances to see if they will ever appear (not an exaggeration, I have done this XD )

- Grabbing Crabs lvl10 Swygskyf - Western La Noscea - Quarterstone - Swiftperch (34-31)
- What Peistes Crave lvl10 Totonowa - Western Thanalan - Horizon's Edge - Horizon (23-16)

I have spent time with those givers AND in their respective Adventurer guild NPCs there and never have gotten them to appear. Has anyone seen these in the game?

If you take, say, four leves, complete just one and hand it in while still holding onto the others, the available leves should update to include what you couldn't take before.

"Grabbing Crabs" is the trial leve for unlocking the Swiftperch leve npc. It can only be done by characters that started in Limsa.
"What Peistes Crave" is the trial leve for unlocking the Horizon leve npc. It can only be done by characters that started in Ul'dah.

Most likely your character started in Gridania and did the "Too close to Home" leve to unlock the Bentbranch Meadows leve npc. This automatically unlocked the other two starting leve locations for the other cities.

Okay, so I'm at Totonowa for the level 10 leves. Starting with 96 allowances. Will also be jumping occasionally back to Ul'dah and the NPC there.
~ Down to 69 (POG) ... no luck
