FFXIV Installer Variations Differences

I somehow came across 2 FFXIV installer software with different versions. How should I handle these? Should I use the newer version or older version when installing FFXIV game? Does it matter which one of those installer I use?

If, for example, you use the version from your DVD for the physical version, the launcher will be updated.

I got those FFXIV installer by downloading them from the FFXIV European website I think.
Are you saying that the DVD for this game has an earlier installer version (ex: version 1.0.0)?
I haven't bought the physical version of FFXIV game before.

To clarify, do you have different versions of the installer on the PC? Or did you locate two different versions of the installer online? If the two installations were located on the PC, please uninstall both and download FINAL FANTASY XIV, from the official website here: https://www.finalfantasyxiv.com/playersdownload/na/

I think I located them online. I didn't know about the different versions of the installer before. Just surfing the internet through the search engine normally when looking for games to play. Most of the time things go smoothly. It's just that recently I had to install and reinstall ffxiv game in my PC because of windows blue smiley screen error. Activities were a bit mixed around together. Somehow, when i was trying to reinstall ffxiv game which succeeded before I started playing ffxiv I found a duplicate ffxiv installer appeared in my pc's Microsoft OneDrive cloud storage trash folder. When I restored those files I found, I also copied them and placed them together with the ffxiv installer I previously downloaded. Since I didn't need both installers, I decided to delete 1 of them. That was when I noticed the installers were of different versions and had different icons. Well the game is working fine at the moment with hardly any random windows blue screen errors. I guess I just wasn't sure if using the earlier ffxiv game installer is still ok. Since how most software prefer to use newer version of them customarily. So I thought I should ask the ffxiv community about it.
