Can we please speed them up now?

Why is my minion keeping up with me and them two are trailing behind by yalms and malms.

Thats not to much to ask for right?

The fairy is a whole mess of issues you just learn to work around cause no one cares. Why do they blink out of existence if you walk too far instead of coming to you? Why can't they cast embrace while moving? Why can't they use other skills during Fey Union even if the their target is too far to recieve the tether? Why does Whispering Dawn and Fey Illumination go on Cooldown without being used if the fairy is removed with Dissipation or transitions into or out of Seraph? Why don't we have a fairy glamour system like the egi glamour system if Eos and Selene are identical entities aside from the color palette? Why don't the fairies do anything as part of the Battle Stance and Victory Pose emotes? So many questions with the same answer. After five expansions healers just aren't worth the time investment that DPS and tanks get.

There's pretty much zero reason for them to have cast times either but they still do which causes clunkiness and ghosting.

Solution: Bind "Place" to a easy to press hotkey and constantly mash it in an area ahead of you. They'll never fall behind again.

Even easier than mashing place is keeping up with the tank. Pay attention to the health of mobs and start moving toward the next area before things are dead. Use Sprint when the tank does and just generally be proactive about your positioning. The fairy isn't so slow that it's detrimental. It has no abilities that provide massive burst healing. Those all come from the Scholar. The fairy is for healing over time while Adloquium, Excogitation, and Lustrate should be holding you over until the fairy is there to help.
