Shadowbringers Collector Edition Grani Model Undersized

Greetings ; I'm writing this thread here because somehow cannot post in Customer Support and in Gameplay section there's no Mounts subsection at all ;
Recently purchased Digital Collector Edition of Shadowbringers because saw the players riding Grani and it looked awesome but when it came to use it in game it turned that Grani model size is ridiculously little ..... I'm not sure why on youtube movies it looked bigger .... was it racial issue maybe but on miqote and aura females it's too tiny ...
Endwalker Collector Edition includes Arion mount which is significantly larger and it's same style of mounts as Grani belongs to ....
Any chance that Product Quality Team could take a look at that and increase size of Grani on lesser female characters ....

I dont think this is a bug. Some mount models scale to the player character size. A few dont, but on majority most mounts do. Almost all horse based mounts scale to size, so the smaller the player character, the smaller the mount will be. Id suggest using a fantasia to a larger player race if this is an issue for you. Female Roe, female highlander, and female viera are all good options. Past that, I dont think this is something that will be changed. That would require many, many reworks on alot of mounts just to make sure they all dont change size.

Everyone knows this isn't glitch but rather oversight during design process ..... Would like to just suggest Grani model increase by around 50% since it's generally way too tiny ..... Feels like disappointment for people who purchased it since model itself looks really cool but they've shrunk it too much .....
Honestly got no idea where to report it so the Quality Team could adress the issue and actually do something about it ...
