Installed the game yesterday but it's gone this morning

I got a blue screen. Went back to windows 10 because I went to windows 11 after 5 days 11 gave me a blue screen-I hate windows 11 with passion. Got the PC up running again and installed FFXIV again. This morning I got on and the files are gone. It should be in C:\Program Files (x86) with the SquareEnix folder and then the FFXIV one. It's no where to be found. I noticed this when the shortcut for FFXIV was blanked out and when I clicked on it the destination is no longer there. I have around 12 days left or maybe 9? Not sure because of the blue screen I had stopped playing. I will take a break to catch up on GW2 and Black Desert. I will not even bother spending my weekend re-downloading. I still want to finish the rest of the remaining days though hopefully someone here can help me out. I really don't want to install again because of how much data and a burden it is to everyone thats using the internet. I'm already stressed out from having to start fresh due to the stupid blue screen. Transferring files and digging into stupid corners of my old ssd to bring to the new main one. I spent half a day yesterday to download FFXIV.

Help please? Oh btw..I did do a good number of searches on youtube about missing files and folders even hidden ones. No luck. Nothing was wrong with my pc or so it said..

    Greetings fellow Eorzean,

We apologize for the inconvenience. Based on the information provided, it appears the issue is Windows related. Normally, a blue screen is indicative of a Windows issue and a program just disappearing/uninstalling itself from your computer is not normal behavior. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide direct support on any Windows related issues. We highly recommend contacting Microsoft support for further assistance. A general rule of thumb is if Windows is not working properly, you may want to consider a complete reinstall of the operating system and check your various hardware components to make sure nothing is faulty such as a bad hard drive.

Due to this, we will be redirecting the post to the "Separate Support Required" sub-forum.

Thank you for visiting the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.
