The game advertisement isn't saying "we are selling this specific house". It's saying that housing is part of the game and providing a sample of what's included in the system.

There's no false advertising going on. There is no promise being made that a player will be able to obtain that specific house.

Perhaps not a specific house by the beach but their advertising in my language literally says I can build my own house (construisez votre maison). It doesn’t say “decorate your dwelling”. It refers specifically to a house and shows the picture of a house. Those that have a house can also own an apartment (which is just a medium sized room)
