You were trying to cheat the system. You are not utilizing housing to have a base to your FC, but you make an FC just to have a house.

My personal philosophy is that my FC house is not MY house. Any changes I do, must be agreed with FC members.

This may not be your philosophy cause you dont have an actual FC but just a bunch of people that wanted a house and they will all argue on who can update things in it.

If I play with an FC - a.k.a people that I respect and want to engage with on a daily basis, then I will involve them on FC housing questions. And obviously different members will have different views on what they want. That will not be what I want. And this is fine! In an FC house. But this is why I would like to have my own house, to do what I want in a freaking fantasy video game... lmao

Not sure what is there to celebrate tho. Most if not all medium, large plots are taken already in all wards. It's a small bandaid that will give people a few more rounds of lottery for either a new chance for medium/large at low rate or slightly better for small until the supply is out again.

The argument of making FC to obtain a house was and still is not a viable solution to a problem that devs should have addressed years ago. Changing up wards, which honestly I expect to not even be that much of work because of scripts, does not solve anything but for just a small percentage of demand.

If there was an instanced system on the side, then I feel this change is a bit unfortunate / non-ideal as the ward system itself seems best suited to FCs.. but /shrug.. Given the demand and lack of ability to provide alternatives so far. I guess. . .

Can I just say, and it's a totally new and unique remark never heard of before. . ., I wish we had instanced housing. lol..
