thats not even remotely a logical supposition to make based on previous patches, game improvements, and live letters. we aren't ignored, we just don't have a dedicated CM to play hold the hands of forum posters.

There is also the problem of hundreds of threads that reach 2-10 pages, all about the EXACT same issue, rather than one giant thread that has all the grievances compiled in that easily searchable location.

Hrothgar hair, large thread has a CM response.
Unlocking hempen styles, larger thread with a CM response.
Eureka bots, many small threads no CM response.

There are definitely a lot more examples that can be found, but those are three that come to mind instantly when thinking about CM responses.
